So, my wrist is feeling better, as of yesterday. But I want to take it slow and not over do it by writing a long blog post. But boy, have I been saving them up.
Just wanted to write a little note to say that one year ago today I started this blog, and it's been such a fun journey to share my food adventures with you all, kind and dear readers.
Expect posts soon focusing on food choices for carpal tunnel, an interview with an herbalist, and a look into my upcoming and exciting Yoga Teacher Training certification with The Breathing Room!
Thank you for all of your support, comments, and tips. It means a lot to me that you spend a little time here reading.

ReplyDeleteLove that you are going to get your yoga certification! My boyfriend has carpal tunnel and suffers during his day a lot as he works on computers for the majority of it...I am so sorry to hear you are going through something similar :-/
